Skein winder

After steaming and placing on a cone we can wrap individual skeins based on yardage and or weight.

From the cone the skein winder wraps your yarn into skeins that display well for retail sale.

Your skeins of yarn are re-washed at this point to remove and oils and dirt introduced during the work of processing.

Wash, Pick, Card, Draw Frame, Spin, Steam, Cone, Skeins, 2nd wash - out the door price $25 per pound finished weight.

Most skeins are 200 yard, 4oz. - 6oz. - each run of fiber may be a little different.
