4 spindle spinner/plyer

Spinning and plying is accomplished on the same machine during separate processes.

From the Draw Frame we take the roving to the spinner and begin to make adjustments fine tunning the single ply yarn to custom size. Once the adjustments are set we spin the rovings to singles by placing them on bobbins.

Yarns can be spun to finger, sport or chunky weights.

Once the bobbins are full and the rovings are gone we ply the yarn into 2 or 3 plys to add extra loft and strength.

Wash, Pick, Card, Draw Frame, Spinner, Plyer, Steamed and skeined $25 per pound finished product.
